Delhi Capitals captain Meg Lanning wins the Orange Cap after being the highest run-scorer in WPL 2023. The Australian batter scored 345 runs in 9 innings. Mumbai Indians all-rounder Nat Sciever-Brunt (332) finishes in the 2nd place after playing a match-winning knock in the final. Meanwhile UP Warriorz all-rounder Tahlia McGrath (302) ended up in third place. Two more Mumbai players, Harmanpreet kaur (281) and Hayley Matthews (271) finished in the top five. The new chapter in Women's cricket kick-started with TATA WPL 2023, which happened between March 4 to 26. Five franchises took part in the competition.
