Wisden IPL Team of the Decade: Rohit Sharma Named Captain, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli Included; Check Playing XI of The Decade

Rohit Sharma has been named as the captain of the Wisden IPL Team of the Decade while stars like Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, AB de Villiers and Lasith Malinga are also been included in the side. Rohit Sharma is partnered by ‘Universe Boss’ Chris Gayle at the top of the order while Suresh Raina is been named as the number three batsmen.

Wisden has released its IPL team of the decade and Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma has been named as the captain of the side. The Indian opener is one of the most successful players in the IPL history and has led Mumbai Indians to four titles in the previous six editions of the tournament. The 32-year old is the competitions third-highest run-scorer behind Virat Kohli and Suresh Raina. The team released by Wisden contains four overseas players and seven Indian players which includes the likes of CSK captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and RCB skipper Virat Kohli. IPL 2020 Scheduled to Begin Early? Rohit Sharma is partnered by ‘Universe Boss’ Chris Gayle at the top of the order while the second-highest run-getter in the tournament Suresh Raina is been named as the number three batsmen. Current Indian team captain Virat Kohli comes in at number four followed by ‘Mr 360’ AB de Villiers at five. World Cup winner Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been named as the wicket-keeper batsmen in the team while Ravindra Jadeja and Sunil Narine are the two spin-bowling all-rounders in the side.
