During the lunch break on day three of India vs England second Test Queen Elizabeth II's Royal Marines Band took to center stage and performed in front of the spectators present at the iconic stadium. The Royal Marines Band Service is the musical wing of the Royal Navy. The video of the musical performance was shared by Board of Control for Cricket in India’s (BCCI) official Twitter handle. “Watch her Majesty's Royal Marines band perform during Lunch at the Lord’s,” tweeted BCCI along with the video.

At lunch on day three, India picked four England wickets, as the hosts were trailing by 18 runs. At the time of writing this report, England had lost the fifth wicket. Shami accounted for Jos Buttler as he picked his third wicket. Buttler scored 24 off 22 balls and hoped England take the lead with his quick-fire batting post lunch.

India will be hoping to pick the remaining five England wickets as soon as possible and restrict the home side from securing the big first innings lead. England, on the other hand, apparently will be looking to extend the lead as much as possible.
