VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 7.00 pm: Hey, we wrap up our Day 1 Auction Updates with the following players being sold in the last hour of IPL 2018 Auction. Ankit Singh Rajpoot is sold for Rs. 3 Cr. to Kings XI Punjab. Avesh Khan is sold for Rs. 70 lacs to Delhi Daredevils. Navdeep Saini is sold for Rs. 3Cr. to Royal Challengers Bangalore. Syed Khaleel Ahmed is sold for Rs. 3Cr. to Sun Risers Hyderabad. Jofra Archer, another BBL sensation, is sold for Rs. 7.20Cr to Rajasthan Royals. Aniket Choudhary is sold for Rs. 30 lacs to Royals Challengers Bangalore. Basil Thampi is sold for Rs. 95 lacs to Sun Risers Hyderabad. T. Natarajan is sold for Rs. 40 lacs to Sun Risers Hyderabad. Siddharth Kaul is sold for Rs. 3.8 Cr Sun Risers Hyderabad. Kulwant Khejroliya is sold for Rs. 85 lacs to Royal Challengers Bangalore. Former Mumbai Indians player Aditya Tare remains unsold. Ishan Kishan, Jharkhand wicket-keeper batsman, is sold for a whopping Rs. 6.2Cr to Mumbai Indians.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 6.30 pm: Darcy Short, Australian All-rounder who scored the most (504) runs at a strike-rate of nearly 150 in Big Bash League this year, is sold to Rajasthan Royals for Rs. 4 Cr. (20x than this base price). Shivam Dubey remains unsold at the auction. Nitish Rana, a former Mumbai Indians player, is sold to Kolkata Knight Riders for a massive price tag - Rs. 3.4 Cr.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 6.00 pm: Krunal Pandya, played last two seasons with Mumbai Indians with a base price of Rs. 40 lakh under the hammer now. Royal Challengers Bangalore open the bidding. The auction amount rises to Rs. 2 Cr. in no time as Rajasthan Royals jumps the bandwagon. Both RCB and RR raise the amount simultaneously, it rises to Rs. 5 Cr instantly. Sun Risers Hyderabad enter the bid with Rs. 6 Cr. The bidding amount is now 8 Cr with four franchises in the fray. Krunal Pandya, the sibling of Hardik Pandya, eventually sold to RCB. Wait, what drama here! Mumbai Indians use their Right-to-Match Card for Pandya. Pandya brothers to be united at MI this season, again. Harshal Patel is sold to Delhi Daredevils for Rs. 20 lacs.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 5.30 pm: Kamlesh Nagarkoti, the U-19 fast bowler, who is making noise in the U-19 World Cup with his pace bowling, is up next in the auction. Kolkata Knight Riders and Kings XI Punjab begin the bidding. Sun Risers Hyderabad jump in with an amount of 3.2 Cr. Sold!  Former Mumbai Indian all-rounder Krunal Pandya is up next in the line. Vijay Shankar is sold to Delhi Daredevils for Rs. 3.20 Cr.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 5.00 pm: Mayank Agarwal, who scored over 1000 runs this Ranji Trophy season, is up next in the auction. Agarwal has had many dismal seasons in the IPL in previous years. It will interesting to see franchises. Amongst bidding by Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), Delhi Daredevils, Mayank Agarwal is bought by RCB for Rs. 1.00 Cr. Siddesh Lad, formerly a Mumbai Indians player is unsold.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 4.40 pm: The budding talents, Shubham Gill and Prithvi Shaw who are currently on a mission to win Under-19 Cricket World Cup in New Zealand are the most-watched out for buys in the uncapped batsmen category. Gill is bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 1.8 crore while the under-19 captain, Shaw is pocketed by Delhi Daredevils for Rs 1.2 crore. Among other uncapped players, Suryakumar Yadav moves to Mumbai Indians for Rs 3.2 crore. Manan Vohra is bought by Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 1.1 crore and Rahul Tripathi is taken by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 3.4 crore.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 3.45 pm:  Royal Challengers Bangalore retains spinner Yuzvendra Chahal using the Right-to-Match card for Rs 6 crore. Amit Mishra is sold to Delhi Daredevils for Rs 4 crore, Karn Sharma is bought by Chennai Super Kings for Rs 5 crore, Imran Tahir also goes to CSK for Rs 1 crore. The biggest highlight in spin department is Sunrisers Hyderabad using RTM to retain Rashid Khan of Afghanistan for whopping Rs 9 crore.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 3.15 pm: Delhi Daredevils used its two Right-to-Match cards (and most judiciously) to bring back its best bowlers in the side - Mohammed Shami and Kagiso Rabada for Rs 3 crore and Rs 4.2 crore respectively. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians did not take any extra effort to retains its previous seasons' match winners, Lasith Malinga and Mitchell McClenaghan who go unsold.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 3.00 pm: Indian pacer Umesh Yadav who previously represented Delhi Daredevils will now play for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He is sold for Rs 4.2 crore. However, another pace battery Ishant Sharma finds no takers. The biggest shocker is New Zealand's Tim Southee goes unsold. Australian fast bowler Pat Cummins is bought by Mumbai Indians for a good price of Rs 5.4 crore. Other Aussie pacers Josh Hazlewood and Mitchell Johnson find no taker in this round so far.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 2.45 pm: England cricketer Jos Buttler Bought by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 4.4 Crore, Mustafizur Rahman of Bangladesh is sold to Mumbai Indians for Rs 2.2 Crore. Young Sam Billings remains unsold.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 2.30 pm: Kolkata Knight Riders use Right-to-Match card to retain Robin Uthappa for Rs 6.4 crore. Shah Rukh co-owned side also bags another wicketkeeper-batsman in form of Dinesh Karthik for Rs 7.4 crore. However, it is young Sanju Samson who struck the gold in wicketkeepers category after attracting Rs 8 crore bid from Rajasthan Royals. Naman Ojha finds no takers in this round of IPL auctions 2018

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 2.20 pm: Regular Test Wicketkeeper batsman for Indian side, Wriddhiman Saha moves to Sunrisers Hyderabad for Rs 5 crore. He previously represented Kings XI Punjab but is now all set to keep wickets for Hyderabad in Indian Premier League 2018. Meanwhile, Jonny Bairstow remains unsold.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 2.10 pm: South African wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de Kock is sold to Royal Challengers Bangalore for Rs 2.8 crore. On the contrary, Indian wicket-keeper batsman Parthiv Patel goes unsold.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 1.40 pm: The morning session has been a crazy ride with marquee players retained as well as find sold to new teams. Players like Yuvraj Singh (bought by Kings XI Punjab) and Gautam Gambhir (sold to Delhi Daredevils), it is like returning to their original teams. VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 12.45 pm: Former Australian all-rounder, Shane Watson is bought by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for Rs 4 crore. The 36-year-old has previously played for Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) sides. Carlos Brathwaite of West Indies is bought by Hyderabad for Rs 2 crore. England all-rounder Chris Woakes attracts Rs 7.4 crore bid from RCB.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 12.30 pm: Indian batsman Manish Pandey is bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad for a lavish Rs 11 crore. The young cricketer who has played for Kolkata Knight Riders since IPL 2008 finds a new team in SRH. Australian cricketer Chris Lynn is sold to KKR for Rs 9.6 crore. So far in the IPL 2018 players auction, England's Ben Stokes remains the top choice after being sold for a whopping Rs 12.5 crore to the Rajasthan Royals (RR).

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 12 pm: South African batsman David Miller is retained by Kings XI Punjab by using the Right-to-Match (RTM) Card at the VIVO Indian Premier League (IPL) auctions 2018. The left-handed batsman was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 3 crore but KXIP used the RTM to get him back in their den.  The controversial all-rounder Ben Stokes of England with a base price of Rs 2 crore pocketed Rs 12.5 crore to move to Rajasthan Royals side. Stokes is followed by the Indian player, KL Rahul for Rs 11 crore by Kings XI Punjab. Despite struggling with form in ongoing Test series against South Africa, Rahul managed to pocket big bucks.

VIVO IPL 2018 Auction Live 11 am: Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin has been sold to Kings XI Punjab for Rs 7.6 crore, departing ways with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Australia's Mitchell Starc has been sold to Kolkata Knight Rider (KKR) for Rs 9.4 crore. Rajasthan Royal and Sunrisers Hyderabad used the Right To Match (RTM) to retain India's Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan for Rs 4 crore and Rs 5.2 crore respectively.
