Talking about Virat Kohli, the skipper turned vegan and has joined the league of Serena Williams, Lewis Hamilton and others who followed the lifestyle for better health. The Indian captain has been following the lifestyle since the past four months. The captain no longer eats meat, eggs and dairy products and does not miss eating them. As per a source close to the Indian captain, he feels much stronger now. “Two years ago, when he was on a normal diet, he had said that he would go vegan if given a choice. He is now feeling stronger than before. Kohli started this diet four months ago and is feeling stronger as his digestive power has increased. He isn't missing meat, eggs or dairy,” said the source to a leading daily.
