Be it playing classy shots or giving animated reactions on the field, Virat Kohli, somehow, manages to entertain his fans. During the first ODI between India and Australia in Mumbai, the 31-year old wasn’t able to register a significant score but tickled the funny bones of cricket lovers by his hilarious banter with umpire Chettithody Shamshuddin. On the last ball of the 21st over, Aaron Finch failed to pick a googly from Kuldeep Yadav and the ball went on to hit his pad. The hosts made a huge LBW appeal but Shamshuddin wasn’t convinced and didn’t raise his finger. India Vs Australia, Live Cricket Score 1st ODI Match.
The stand-in umpire believed that the ball has hit the bat first and conveyed the message to the Indian captain. However, the Indian skipper was at his animated best said that there was a huge gap between the bat and ball. Kohli’s reaction was certainly funny and the Twitter users didn’t take long in reacting towards the 31-year old’s response to the umpire. Is it??
Virat Kohli's incredulity at the umpire not giving out to what seemed like a good LBW appeal would be funny if the bad review in the previous over was not hilariously bad. #INDvAUS

Speaking of the match, Aaron Finch and David Warner added more than 150 runs for the first wicket while chasing a target of 256 runs and their victory is certainly on the cards. The home side was let down by their batsmen who were not able to put up a significant performance and were bundled out for 255 runs. In the bowling too, the likes of Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav failed to pierce the defences of Australian openers and, now, only a miracle cause a turnaround in the match which is not likely to happen.
