Virat Kohli is among the biggest cricketing superstars of this generation. The Indian cricket team skipper has a huge fan following everywhere he travels and it was no different at the Central Broward Stadium in Florida, Miami, where India had their practice session ahead of the first T20 against the West Indies. Despite rumours of a rift with his deputy Rohit Sharma and conflicts in the Indian dressing room, Kohli was retained as the captain of the Indian cricket team and will lead the men in blue for the entire bilateral series against the West Indies. Kohli has already led India to both Test and ODI series victories in the Caribbean and will be aiming to add the T20 triumph feather to his hat.

The Indian cricket team has already reached Miami and are preparing to face Windies in two T20 matches before they leave for the Caribbean Island for the final T20s and the ODI and Test series. They had many visitors on Thursday as fans flocked into the Central Broward Stadium to watch the team in their training session. Kohli was later seen spending some quality time with the fans and signing autographs for them. He also clicked a few pictures on request that brought joy to the fans’ face.

India will play West Indies in a full-fledged bilateral series which involves three T20s and ODIs each and two Test matches. This will the Indian team's first cricketing assignment following the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 disappointment. India were knocked out of the semi-finals by New Zealand.
