The Kings XI Punjab (KXIP) skipper mankaded Jos Butler and since then the cricket community is divided, whether it was within the spirit of the game or not. And now Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) spinner Sunil Narine were involved in a funny incident related to mankading. During the 18th over of RCB's innings, Narine took a halt while delivering the final ball of his over. The West Indies bowler had no intention of mankading the RCB skipper, but Kohli, who was at the non-striker's end, acted as if Narine was opting for the controversial mode of dismissal. The RCB skipper individually had a good outing against Knight Riders at the Eden Gardens as he scored his IPL career's fifth century. Apart from Kohli’s century, RCB fans celebrated team’s second win of the season. Out of nine matches, RCB have now won two matches and they still have a chance of making it to the IPL 2019 playoffs. The Kohli-led side will have to win all five remaining matches now.
