Miami Bound Virat Kohli

In a photo shared by Kohli on his social media channels, the Indian skipper could be seen sitting and relaxing with his fellow teammates before boarding the Miami-bound flight from Mumbai. KL Rahul, Manish Pandey, Khaleel Ahmed, Krunal Pandya and Washington Sundar were some of the players seen in the picture.

Meanwhile, Kohli finally broke his silence on his rumoured rift with team India’s vice-captain Rohit Sharma and his choice for the soon to be selected new India head coach. The 30-year-old said that there was no such clash with Rohit and these stories were only made up by the media. Kohli also backed Ravi Shastri to continue as Indian cricket team’s head coach but said that the decision was with CAC (Cricket Advisory Committee). CAC, which has World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev as one of its three members, has been appointed by the BCCI to select the Indian head coach.
