Virat Kohli yesterday reached the 10,000 run mark in Vizag while playing against the West Indies. Kohli shattered many records and made it look easy as if it was a routine exercise for him. He even overtook MS Dhoni, Sachin Tendulkar, Ricky Ponting and many other cricketing greats.  Fans from all over the world congratulated the Indian captain for being the fifth Indian and the 13th player to achieve this milestone. Ganguly even went on to say that he had no words for Virat Kohli after he reached the 10,000 run milestone. Now even the Mumbai Police congratulated Kohli with a very witty tweet. In the tweet, they mentioned how Virat had transcended speed limited to reach the milestone. They even went on to say that he would not be fined for over speeding here. The official handle of the Mumbai Police account read, “No over-speeding challan here, just accolades & best wishes for more @imVkohli ! Many congratulations on your amazing feat!”

Virat Kohli slammed his 61st international hundred yesterday at the Vizag stadium and even went a step closer to equal Sachin Tendulkar’s of getting 49 centuries in the ODIs and is just 14 tons away from surpassing the Master Blaster.
