After the winners of the Irani Cup 2019 donated their match fees to the martyrs of Pulwama attacks, Virat Kohli and men also joined the bandwagon and have decided to follow their steps. The team who is currently playing the third ODI against Australia, has decided to donate their match fees to the families of martyrs of Pulwama attack, which happened on February 14, 2019, and claimed the lives of more than 40 CRPF men. Not only this, but at the toss, Virat Kohli even urged the fans to contribute to the families of the families of the martyrs. "This is a special cap, it's a tribute to the Armed forces. We're all donating our match fees of this game to the families of the martyrs. I urge everyone in the country to do the same and stick to the families of our armed forces," said Kohli at the toss. The video of the same was shared by the BCCI on their page.
