Virat Kohli rewrote the history book with an incredible double century on Day 2 of second India vs South Africa Test match. The Indian skipper absolutely butchered the South African bowlers during his 252-run knock. The visitors had no answer to the Indian captain’s might. The only time South Africa managed to get Kohli out also turned-out to be a no-ball with Senuran Muthusamy overstepping the bowler’s Line of Control (LOC). But it seems that the bowler at least managed to surprise Kohli with his sharp turn and bounce. Fans, however, had different things to say when the official social media handle of the Indian cricket team put the video and asked the Kohli’s fans to caption it. India Vs South Africa, Live Cricket Score 2nd Test Match.

In the video put up by official Instagram account of the Indian cricket team, Kohli can be seen making faces – perhaps signalled towards his then batting partner Ravindra Jadeja – in surprise after a ball had just bounced awkwardly and escaped his – as well as Protea wicket-keeper Quinton de Kock – grasp before running away towards the boundary.

The 30-year-old Indian skipper must have been indicating towards the spin-bowling all-rounder that the pitched ball has started turning. Some fans thought the same while many others had different but more interesting things to say.

Meanwhile, Kohli smashes records en route to his highest individual Test score in international as well as first-class cricket. It was the Indian captain’s seventh double hundred in Test cricket and also took him past Don Bradman’s tally of most double centuries as an international captain. Kohli also surpassed Don’s tally of 6996 runs to complete 7000 runs in Test cricket.
