A while ago in an interview with Times Now, Charulata Patel’s granddaughter Anjali revealed that Virat has arranged tickets for all forthcoming games of India including the Sri Lanka encounter, both semi-finals as well as the final. “now we have the tickets for all of India's remaining games - the Leeds match (against Sri Lanka on July 6), the semifinal (both the semifinals actually) and the final," Charulata's granddaughter, Anjali. "We asked for a few more tickets, but he couldn't arrange that many,” she further added.
Charulata Patel was extremely elated with the gesture of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma walking up to her to meet her after the match. She said that it was a dream come true for her and even prayed for India’s success in the CWC 2019. The pictures of the 87-year-old meeting both the cricketers were splattered all over the Internet.
