The terrorist attack on the army convoy in Pulwama, Kashmir shook the nation as it claimed 44 lives of the CRPF men. A civilian vehicle carried 100 kg explosives rammed into the army bus which was a part of the 70-vehicle convoy. The convoy was on its way to the transit camp in Jammu and Kashmir. Terror group Jaish- E-Mohammed took the responsibility of the attack. While cricketers like Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag condemned the attack, Virat Kohli posted commercial tweets. However, a while ago, Virat tweeted about the attack and condemned the same. “I'm shocked after hearing about the attack in Pulwama, heartfelt condolences to the martyred soldiers & prayers for the speedy recovery of the injured jawaans,” read his tweet. Many other cricketers like Mohammad Kaif, Rohit Sharma and many others condemned the attacks in social media.
