The list is dominated by legendary Sachin Tendulkar who has scored 6707 runs from 110 matches. Kohli, who now takes the second place, has scored 3216 from 60 matches while Laxman during his career had scored 3173 runs from 50 matches against Australia.
Interestingly, Tendulkar has 20 centuries against Australia across formats while Kohli and Laxman have 12 and 10 hundreds respectively. Rahul Dravid (3071) and MS Dhoni (2589) complete the top five. Kohli has been in terrific form over the years and on the current tour of Australia, the Indian captain has scored runs at will. In three-match T20 International series, Kohli scored a half-century after one of the game was washed out due to rain. In the ongoing Test series, the Indian captain has already scored a century.
