Fitness has become one of the benchmarks for selection in the Indian team. The modern-day cricketers have been working hard on their fitness and spend their free time in the gym. India is currently on the Australian tour and is preparing for the four-match Test series, which starts on December 06 at the Adelaide Oval. India apart from training also played a four-day warm-up match which ended in a draw. India vs Australia 1st Test 2018: Here’s Why Virat Kohli’s Record at Adelaide Oval Should Worry the Hosts.
The Indian captain just posted a picture on his twitter account. The picture seems to be taken right after the training session. In the photo, Kohli can be seen with fast-bowler Jasprit Bumrah and wicketkeeper duo Rishabh Pant and Parthiv Patel. “That's what happens when you do group circuit training!” Kohli wrote on Twitter.

Meanwhile, India will be looking to put up a good show in the first Test in Adelaide. The T20 International series preceding the Tests was shared by the two teams. With Steve Smith and David Warner not in the Australian side, it is a good opportunity for India to push for their first series win on the Australian soil in 71 years.
Following the first Test on Thursday, the teams will then travel to Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney for the remaining fixtures. India’s tour of Australia ends with a three-match One-Day International (ODI) series in January.
