The bizarre incident, however, wasn’t able to stop the Strikers to clinch the clash as the Melbourne side 18 runs short of Adelaide’s total. Defending a peculiar total of 155 runs, the Adelaide bowling line-up comprising of Billy Stanlake, Wes Agar and Rashid Khan restricted the opposition batsmen to open their arms and as a result, Strikers registered a thumping victory.
