According to a report in The Indian Express, the cricket board verbally warned the players against posting such information on social media. While the players are allowed to post pictures of their training, they cannot share fitness test scores. The report quoted a BCCI official, who said, “Players have been informed verbally to avoid posting any confidential matter on social media platforms. They can post pictures while training but posting a score leads to breach of contract clause." The Men in Blue are currently having a camp in Bengaluru ahead of the Asia Cup 2023 tournament, which starts on August 30. India will be playing all their matches in Sri Lanka as they had refused to travel to Pakistan, the co-host of the tournament earlier. The Rohit Sharma-led outfit lock horns with Babar Azam's men come September 2 in their first match of the tournament. India had crashed out of the group stage of last year's Asia Cup, which was held in T20 format.
