Stuart Broad Reacts on Yuvraj Singh’s Retirement in His Latest Instagram Post

Reactions started pouring in after Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh decided to retire from all forms of cricket on Monday, June 10. Among prominent names to react on Yuvi’s retirement was England fast bowler Stuart Broad. It was against England of the bowling off Broad that Yuvraj slammed six sixes in over during the 2007 T20 World Cup. Broad posted a picture along with Yuvraj on Instagram and wrote: "Enjoy retirement Legend @yuvisofficial”. This was the first instance of six sixes being hit in a T20I match. Before Yuvraj smashed Broad for six sixes, he was provoked by the England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff and then the left-handed batsman went on the spree to hit six sixes. “As I go back in times today, my life has been like a roller coaster ride. Winning the 2011 World Cup, being man of the series, four Man of the Match awards was all like a dream, which was followed by a harsh reality - getting diagnosed of cancer. It was like touching the sky and then falling down at light speed and hitting the ground hard. As All this happened so quickly and that too when I was at the peak of my career,” Yuvraj said in his retirement speech.
