Australia’s Steve Smith got dismissed on a duck during Queensland vs New South Wales, Marsh Sheffield Shield 2019 by a bowler named Cameron Gannon from the USA. Queensland got bowled out on a total of 153 runs from 71 overs. It was Harry Conway who scalped five wickets in the innings and bowled at a stunning economy of 1.30. Sean Abbott snapped three wickets and bowled at an economy of 1.38. Daniel Hughes, Steve Smith and Moises Henriques who got out on 6, 0, and 0 respectively. All the three were scalped by the USA based bowler who bowled at an economy of 2.83 and gave an upper hand to the team. It was Smith Smith who walked out to bat and got out on a duck. Smith who was the highest run-getter in the Ashes 2019, attempted to hit big. But mistimed the shot and handed it over Joe Burns standing in the second slip. David Warner who had had a bad run of luck during Ashes 2019 with the bat will surely be looking forward to getting things in perspective.
