Sourav Ganguly has taken over the reins of the BCCI officially as the President in Mumbai. Dada was given a warm welcome in the as he took over the responsibilities of the richest board in the world. The officials besides him were seen cheering for the former Indian captain. Dressed in a white shirt and grey pant, Dada looked equally happy to get into the shoes of the President.

First, there was an annual general body meeting that happened and then the former Indian captain took over the responsibilities of the President. He was unanimously elected as the President of the BCCI on last Sunday during the elections. After this, he had even shared an image of his new team that would work along with him.  Cricketers like VVS Laxman, Sachin Tendulkar and others had sent out their warm wishes for Dada after he was elected as the President.  For now, check out the pictures shared by the BCCI below:

After becoming the President of the BCCI, Ganguly said his focus would be on domestic cricket. He is already ready with his to-do list. "We will speak to everyone first as we take a decision, but my biggest priority will be to look after first-class cricketers," Ganguly told PTI in the early hours of Monday.
