BCCI Chief Sourav Ganguly has been praised massively for hosting India vs Bangladesh Day and Night Test match at the Eden Gardens in the City of Joy Kolkata. In fact, the whole city including the Cricket Association of Bengal building, the famous Howrah Bridge, Eden Gardens were decked up with Pink lights for gearing up for the Pink Ball Test match. The fans were in awe and greeted the players warmly as they stepped out for the play. Now, the beloved Prince of Bengal was around in the ground taking care of all the arrangements. Just when teams broke for lunch, Ganguly got a few minutes for the fans and made it a point to click a selfie with them. He posted the picture of the selfie on his social media account which was further shared by the official handle of the BCCI.

The match was attended by Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina, Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar, and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee. Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina and West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee were seen ringing the bell ahead of the game. Talking about the match, Bangladesh has lost six wickets so far after they won the toss and elected bat. It was the pacers who weaved magic and put their best foot forward. India has already won the first game of the two-match Test series.
