Challenge Accepted!
“Yuvi Paaji, here is my #BottleCapChallenge! This is the first time I am picking my bat up after my injury..feels good to be back!, the 33-year-old Indian cricketer wrote along with the video. The video also invited some negative comments from people who slammed the Indian opener for wasting water. Some people even commented that this bottle cap challenge should be stopped as a lot of water is wasted through the act. Below are some of the comments.
From the video, it looks like Dhawan has overcome his thumb injury which he suffered during World Cup 2019. While playing a spectacular knock of 117 during ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 India vs Australia match, Dhawan suffered a thumb injury. He could not take the field in the second innings and Ravindra Jadeja took the field on his behalf. Later, the Indian opener was ruled out of the World Cup 2019 and Rishabh Pant was called in as a replacement.
Dhawan has been too active on Instagram. He had earlier posted a video of playing video game with his son Zoravar. Recently, he also trolled Bhuvneshwar Kumar on the social media platform. The Indian pacer shared a photo of himself with his wife in a romantic pose. Trolling him over the same, Dhawan commented, “Haye mera Aashiq”.
