Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan met popular Indian yogi Sadhguru. Dhawan, who is all set to play in upcoming India’s tour of West Indies 2019, posted a photo on Instagram with the Indian yogi. Dhawan thanked Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev for his efforts on the Kaveri river. In the photo, the Indian opener was seen shaking hands with him. “It was such a pleasure meeting you @sadhguru Ji Thank you for all your positive efforts for the Kaveri river & the knowledge & learnings you share with the world”, Dhawan wrote along with the photo on Instagram. Shikhar meets Sadhguru!
Recently, Indian cricketer KL Rahul had also met Sadhguru and had a conversation with him. Earlier, Dhawan had shared a photo on Instagram in which he was seen practising. Doing catch practice with cricket net, Dhawan informed everyone that he was working on his reflexes. Dhawan faced a thumb injury during India’s match against Australia at World Cup 2019, after hitting a knock of 117 in the match. Dhawan had to leave the tournament mid-way due to the injury. After recovering from injury, Shikhar Dhawan posted a photo of performing bottle cap challenge and also horse-riding. He has been named in the ODI and T20 squad for West Indies’ tour. India is scheduled to play three T20s, three ODIs and two Tests. The first T20 will be played on August 3, 2019.
