Fans present at the stadium captured the moment on their cell phones and shared the same on Twitter. "Shikhar Dhawan dancing to the tune of the Bharat Army Dhol in Wellington!," Bharat Army tweeted along with a video of Dhawan dancing. Ambati Rayudu was made the Man of the Match for scoring 90 runs from 113 balls. Throughout his innings, Rayudu scored eight fours and four sixes. Mohammed Shami was made the Man of the Series. India will next play the T20i series against New Zealand which will begin on February 6, 2018.
