Shakib Al Hasan Suspension Row: Mushfiqur Rahim Posts a Heartfelt Message In Support of Banned Bangladeshi All-Rounder

The Bangladeshi all-rounder had been in touch with an Indian bookie named Deepak Aggarwal multiple times during the tri-nation series and the IPL 2018. The Bangladeshi all-rounder had been in touch with an Indian bookie named Deepak Aggarwal multiple times during the tri-nation series and the IPL 2018. Shakib Al Hasan represents Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. After being handed over with a ban, Mashrafe Mortaza and Bangladeshi PM Sheikh Hasina extended their support to the Shakib Al Hasan. Mushfiqur Rahim also took to social media and posted a picture alongside Shakib Al Hasan. He also said that it is very sad to even think of playing the game without Shakib Al Hasan. “Age level.. international... over 18 years of playing cricket together... very sad to even think about playing without you on the field. Hoping that you comeback soon like a champ. You always have my support, and whole of Bangladesh. Stay strong In Sha Allah,” he wrote. Check out the post below:

Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina also reacted to the suspension, and said that "Shakib made a mistake and has realised that". “It’s clear that Shakib has made a mistake and he’s realised that,” Hasina was quoted as saying by bdnews24.com. “There’s nothing much the government can do about the ICC’s decision but Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will stand by him."
