Zimbabwe vs South Africa Highlights And Cricket Score 2nd Match - T20I Commentary

End of Over : 20.0 ZIM: 132/7

The South African bowlers on the other hand were very impressive. Paterson and Frylinck were the pick with the two finishing with combined figures of 8-0-42-4. Phehlukwayo was very economical. Ngidi and Shamsi did take some pounding but the two did take a few important wickets. The target is not a big one and with the small boundaries here, the hosts will fancy themselves to chase this down. Will South Africa seal the series or will Zimbabwe level it? Join us to find out.

An excellent bowling performance by South Africa there. They were asked to field and they will be the happier side heading into the break. It all started with the man making a come back in the team, Dane Paterson as he got rid of Mire in the second over itself. Masakadza did hit some meaty blows but he too fell after getting a start and then Zimbabwe were three down for not a lot in quick time. Taylor and Williams then tried to steady the ship but the former perished when he tried to step on the accelerator. Williams found the fence a few times but fell at the wrong time. However, his innings has given the Zimbabwe bowlers something to bowl at.

TOSS - Zimbabwe win the toss and elect to bat first!

Hello and welcome for the series decider between South Africa and Zimbabwe. In the first game, the visitors gave the Proteas a real run for their money. The batting, ironically, got them close and faltered at the same time. It needs a better showing, especially from the experience in the ranks. The bowling unit has been delivering so far and you can bank on them to do the same. South Africa, constrastingly, have done well, but will be without their star bowling Imran Tahir who's been rested. A lot will rest of Tabraiz Shamsi's shoulders in his absence. Should be a good contest this time out again, hopefully more thrilling than the previous one. Let's see how it unfolds...

End of Over : 15.4 SA: 135/4

So that is it from this game! The hosts once again have emerged victorious and they would now be eyeing a whitewash. Zimbabwe on the flip side, will hope to avoid that in the third T20I which will be played on the 14th of October at 0230 local (1230 GMT). Till then, take care and goodbye!

Dane Paterson has been awarded the Man of the Match for his excellent bowling performance in the first innings. He ended with figures of 4-0-22-2.

Earlier in the day, the South African bowlers were on song as they bundled restricted the visitors to a small total. Dane Paterson and Robbie Frylinck were the pick of the bowlers. Sean Williams top scored for the hosts but his effort went in vain. Stay tuned for the presentation in a while.

The hosts would have had a real chance had they taken Klaasen's catch when was on 1 but that was not to be. Taylor dropped him and Klaasen made them pay. His 44-run stand with Duminy took them closer to the finish line. He departed but the latter stayed there till the end and hit the winnings runs for the hosts. The Zimbabwe bowlers did try hard, they even bowled well, with Sean Williams being the most impressive. However, the total put up by their batsmen was way-under par.

South Africa have sealed the series with a match to go. They have chased down the paltry target quite easily in the end. However, it was not how easy how it reads on the scorecard. They were rocked early as Dussen departed cheaply. De Kock then started finding the middle of the bat but perished after getting a start. Du Plessis too departed soon and at that time Zimbabwe must have felt they were in the game.

15.4 4

Chris Mpofu to JP Duminy. FOUR! That is the game! Duminy finishes it off in style. He comes down the track, gets a short ball on his hips, he helps it on its way to the square leg fence. Customary handshakes go on in the middle as SOUTH AFRICA WIN BY 6 WICKETS!

15.3 1
