India will be looking to clinch the three-match T20I series against Windies as the two sides take on each other in Lucknow. Newly built Ekana International Cricket Stadium is the venue for the second T20I and apparently, it will host its first international game. India took an early lead in the series after winning the opening T20I by five wickets. Set a target of 110 runs, India completed the chase in 17.5 overs after losing few early wickets.
Meanwhile, Windies will be hopeful of a comeback as they look to draw level and stay alive in the series. It was Windies batting that failed to put up a fight and the visitors will be hoping of a better show from its batsmen. It will be interesting to see if Windies makes some changes to the playing XI or not.
India, on the other hand, looks balanced and are unlikely to tinker with the winning combination. So, the home side is likely to field an unchanged playing XI which means Shikhar Dhawan will get an extended run despite being in the poor form of late. The opener managed only three runs in the opening T20I.

Everybody except Krunal Pandya had two wickets each to their name. Kumar ended with the best figures as he went for only 12 in his 4. All-in-all it was a clinical performance by the Indians.
Another thumping performance from India has seen them seal the series with a game to go. To be honest, it was all set up by their skipper, Rohit Sharma who scored a magnificent ton to set a massive target for the Windies. They needed an exceptional start to chase this down but did not get it. Their top order failed to make an impact while their middle order once again did not come to the fore. 23 was the highest score of their innings and that itself speaks a lot about how poor they were with the bat.
