After Australia defeated England comprehensively in the Ashes Test Series, and England returned the favour in the recently concluded One Day International (ODI) series; it’s time for some Twenty20 bonanza. The Trans-Tasman T20 series will see England, New Zealand, and Australia competes in seven T20 matches against each other.

All the three sides would be looking to establish their T20 series in a seven-match long series. Currently second-ranked team in the ICC T20 Team rankings, New Zealand would be looking to topple and emerge as the top side in the shortest format of the game. Whereas both England and Australia would want to improve their current rankings of four and seven respectively.

Colin Munro, the only batsman to hit three centuries in this format would be looking to continue his form in this series. The series will be a closely fought one with all the three sides – Australia, New Zealand, and England – have T20 specialists with all in red-hot form.
