Quinton de Kock is once again the Man of the Match for his fine century. Says that he does just the top-ups to stay in the groove and he tries to train as less as possible as it can be tiring. Adds that scoring is just a mental thing and he is going with a strong mindset at the moment. He is happy to finally convert his 80s and 90s into a big score. An easy win for South Africa and they take an unassailable lead in the 5-match ODI series. It was a professional effort from them with the bat. Quinton de Kock led with a fine century and all the other batsmen, barring Reeza Hendricks, played good hands. Partnerships were the main feature of their innings as they went on to post a big total on the board. The Sri Lankan bowling once again was listless and apart from debutant Kamindu Mendis, the rest struggled.
