Pakistan vs Sri Lanka, Cricket Score 1st ODI Match

Pakistan will lock horns with Sri Lanka in the 1st ODI of the three-match series. The game will be held at National Stadium in Karachi. Sri Lanka agreed for the tour after their board gave a clean chit for the security measures at Pakistan. Lankan team will be playing an ODI after a decade as last time when they were in Lahore in the year 2009, their bus was attacked. From Pakistan squad, 12 out of their 16 players will be playing their 1st ODI match at home.

Pakistan now has Misbah-ul-Haq as their head coach, while Sarfaraz Ahmed continues to be their skipper. Babar Azam has been named the vice-captain of Pakistan team. Sri Lanka will be playing without star players like Lasith Malinga, Angelo Mathews and Dimuth Karunaratne. Lankan side will be led by Lahiru Thirimanne. Both teams will play their 1st ODI match after the conclusion of ICC CWC 2019.
