Scotland bowlers were excellent to start off with and did exceedingly well towards the end but looked off-color in the middle overs. Bradley Wheal was the most impressive as he finished with figures of 10-1-43-3. Now then, 272 is what they need to remain unbeaten in the competition and more importantly, if they do it, they will be very close of making it through to the qualification. Will that happen? After winning the toss and electing to field, Scotland got off to the best start possible with a wicket in the first over of Stirling. However, Balbirnie and Porterfield steadied the ship before Wheal struck to remove the Irish skipper. Then Niall O'Brien joined forces with Balbirnie to stitch a massive 138-run stand with the former scoring a half ton and the latter scoring his second ton. Kevin O'Brien too came out and played a decent cameo and at that point it looked like the Irish would finish somewhere close to 300. But after the fall of the centurion the batting side lost its way completely.

An excellent comeback by Scotland towards the end, giving away just 30 runs in the last 5 overs and picking up 5 wickets, has seen them clawing their way back into the game.

Mentions it is their first game here but they don't want to use that as an excuse and just want to play some good cricket. Hello and welcome to the fourth game of the Super Six Stage. It is a clash between Ireland and Scotland in Harare. A do-or-die game for the Irish if they are to stay alive in the series. Their batting has been their major concern and it is high time they resurrect it.
