Malla also has 768 runs in 39 ODIs, with one hundred and four fifties, and he is one of only four male players to score hundreds in both international white-ball formats for Nepal. On top of that, he has 43 wickets in ODIs and T20Is and he was a member of the Nepal side that took part in the ICC T20 World Cup in the USA and the Caribbean earlier this year.
The ACC Western region T20 tournament began on January 20, 2019. The tournament has witnessed the participation of five nations. Bahrain, Kuwait, Maldives, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are the ones who will lock horns against each other for the title. All the teams have just achieved their T20 status from the ICC and this will be their first official debut with official T20I status.
The teams have already contested each other already met in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Asia sub-regional qualifiers in Kuwait in Apr 2018. The teams will play in the robin round and the top two ones will lock horns with each other in the finals which are scheduled to happen on January 24, 2019. All the matches will be played on Al Amerat Cricket Ground Oman Cricket.
