Opener Fakhar Zaman went on to become the first Pakistani batsman to score a double century during Zimbabwe series. He also became the fastest batsman to get 1,000 runs. Post his debut in Champions Trophy 2017. Imam Ul Haq had also done quite well during the series. However, if one has to consider Fakhar Zaman’s performance leaving out the Zimbabwe tour, the Pakistani opener has made 1313 runs in 39 matches at an average of 34.55 which is much lower than his career average of 45.70. Zaman also did not have a great time at the CWC 2019.
