Sanjay Manjrekar has been at the receiving end ever since he spoke about Ravindra Jadeja and said that he was a bits and pieces player and would never include him in the ODIs. Jadeja shot back at the former Indian cricketer and said that he deserves respect as he had played more Test matches than Manjrekar. However, after Jadeja’s performance against Sri Lanka, CWC 2019 Manjrekar included him in the playing 11 for the semi-finals against New Zealand. Post this, Vaughan had taken a jibe at Manjrekar and asked him if he was including bits and pieces player in the playing 11. Ravindra Hits Back at Commentator Sanjay Manjrekar; Netizens Support the Indian All-Rounder.

The spat just got uglier with Sanjay Manjrekar responding to the tweet and Vaughan giving it back. After Manjrekar got trolled on social media and Ravindra Jadeja’s performance during Sri Lanka the former Indian cricketer labelled all-rounder as a street smart cricketer. Look at the fresher tweets between the two.

Here’s Vaughan’s response over the tweet and which was quite sarcastic.

If one may recall, Manjrekar in an interview had said, “I am not a big fan of bits and pieces players which Jadeja is at this point of his career in 50-over cricket. In Test matches, he is a pure bowler. But in 50-over cricket, I would rather have a batsman and a spinner," Manjrekar had said. Post this even Chennai Super Kings had taken a jibe at the commentator without taking his name. Talking about Jadeja, it would be interesting to watch if he will be included in the playing XI tomorrow for the semi-finals of the CWC 2019 between India and New Zealand.
