The number-two ranked ODI batsman took to Twitter and shared some photos of his recent visit. Rohit can be seen posing with the budding cricketers and the children also must have been delighted to see their idol. Brilliant set up and solid platform for these kids to pursue their dream” wrote the star Indian batsman on the micro-blogging website. Rohit enjoyed a sensational run 2019 and he scored a mountain of runs and broke a flurry of records. From scoring five centuries in 2019 World Cup to becoming the year’s highest run-scorer in ODIs, the maverick added many feathers in his already prestigious cap. The 31-year old has been provided rest from upcoming India vs Sri Lanka T20I series and will be seen back in action during the three-match ODI series against Australia. With the ICC T20 World Cup being less than a year away, the Indian team will expect the star cricketer to extend his great run and guide the Men in Blue to the title.
