Rohit Sharma brought up the first double hundred of his career at the JSCA Stadium in Ranchi with a huge six. The Indian batsman took 249 runs to get to the feat. The video of his six went viral on social media as the right-hander became the first batsman to score more than 500 runs against South Africa. However, his innings did not last long as the Indian opener got out on the score of 212 runs. It Lungi Ngidi who got the wicket of Sharma. But the dressing room was all smiles as Sharma walked back. Earlier in the day, India lost the wicket of Ajinkya Rahane. The scoreboard now reads 386/5.
