Ahead of India’s second test match at Lord’s, Kuldeep Yadav is spending some time strolling around in England. The young spinner who was not a part of the first test match at Edgbaston despite an amazing performance in the T20s and ODIs. Ravichandran Ashwin sealed a spot in the side. Now, the chinaman bowler is also keeping his fans updated about his whereabouts.
Dressed in casuals, Kuldeep posted a snap of himself enjoying his time exploring the country. The caption of the picture read, “Spending a quiet day just exploring and observing life around me... #goodvibes✌🏻.”
But what caught out attention was Rohit Sharma’s comment which was posted with an intention of taking a dig at the spinner. The comment read, “Yahi karo tum bas.” Kuldeep in a very cheeky fashion replied to him and wrote, “missing your company rohit bhai.” Check out the hilarious banter below.
India will play the second test match on August 9. India lost the first test match by 31 runs and the only batsman who made a good score was Virat Kohli who made 151 and 49 runs respectively. However, after the match, the Indian cricket captain blamed the batsmen for the poor shot selection made by them. He said, “Our shot selection could have been better. We definitely need to apply ourselves better with the bat, but England came back superbly. We need to take the positives and move forward. We can be proud as a team to start against England in England the way we have. There is a lot to learn from the lower order in the first innings, Ishant and Umesh got stuck in the middle. Ishant showed character here, Umesh hung around with Hardik again.”
