RCB were left with 22 runs to win from last two overs. Bumrah bowled the penultimate over and conceded only five runs apart from picking a wicket of Colin de Grandhomme. Lasith Malinga then bowled the final over and despite being for a six on the first ball he kept it tight to allow only ten runs from last six balls.
