RCB vs CSK Highlights Dream11 IPL 2020: Chennai Super Kings (150/2) Beat Royal Challengers Bangalore (145/6) by Eight Wickets

Chennai Super Kings are back to winning games again. It was a complete team performance from CSK with the bowlers chipping in with regular wickets to restrict RCB to 145/6 after they had opted to bat first. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis then gave CSK a great start with the former even hitting his maiden IPL fifty to take CSK home eight deliveries to spare. 

Ruturaj Gaikwad finishes off in style. He pulls Chris Morris for a six over fine-leg to remain not-out on 65 from 51 deliveries. MS Dhoni at other end finishes on 19 off 21 balls. Gaikwad looked in great touch and also registered his first half-century of the IPL. 

OUT! Yuzvendra Chahal strikes for RCB and Ambati Rayudu has to go back. This was a full flighted delivery from Chahal and Rayudu looked to hoick it but loses his stump. CSK 105/1 in 12 Overs (Target 146)

100: Hundred runs up for Chennai Super Kings in the chase and they get there in style with a straight six over long-on off Ambati Rayudu's bat. Rayudu and Ruturaj Gaikwad have also completed a half-century stand. CSK only need 41 runs to win from 48 deliveries. 

Ruturaj Gaikwad looks to be getting better with every ball. The young right-handed opening batsman has scored 37 runs off 32 deliveries with the help of two fours and as many sixes. CSK are quite ahead in the chase and need 75 from the final 11 overs. 

OUT! Chris Morris gets the vital breakthrough as his countryman Faf du Plessis departs. The dasher tried to slice the short ball over the extra-cover region but didn't get the elevation and Mohammed Siraj took a good running catch. Du Plessis c Siraj b Chris Morris 25(13)

CSK have made an impressive start with Faf du Plessis and Ruturaj Gaikwad showing positive intent from the outset. Both batsmen already have a six in their kitty and will be determined to get many more. On the other hand, RCB are desperate to get a wicket.

RCB finish their innings on 145/6 with Washington Sundar hitting Deepak Chahar for a boundary. CSK did well to fightback in the game after Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers looked set and were taking the game away from them. The last 3 overs went for only 20 runs. Sam Curran was the pick of CSK bowlers and finished with 3/19 while Chahar ended with 31/2. 

OUT! Faf du Plessis takes a brilliant catch to dismiss Virat Kohli. It was a terrific running low catch from the South African to remove Kohli. Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers are rebuilding the RCB innings after the early loss of their openers. Kohli and De Villiers have dealt mostly in singles and twos while also finding the occasional boundary. The pair have already stitched 40-run partnership and have settled themselves well at the crease. CSK are bowling their spinners and have also been guilty of dropping two catches. 

OUT! Devdutt Padikkal departs in the first ball after the end of the powerplay. The young left-handed opener tried to smash Mitchell Santner out of the park but is caught by Faf du Plessis at long-on. Devdutt Padikkal and Aron Finch have given Royal Challengers Bangalore a brisk start against Chennai Super Kings. The RCB opening pair have mainly dealt in boundaries with Padikkal also smashing Deepak Chahar for the first six of the match. Finch is batting on 14 from 9 deliveries and has already scored three boundaries.
