One of the highest-spenders in IPL Auction history, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), like Mumbai Indians (MI), have often sprung surprises with unusual high-buys at Indian Premier League (IPL) Auction. And quite unexpectedly, the high-buys haven't performed well during those respective seasons of the IPL.
