The left-handed batsman, who also dismissed Ross Taylor through run-out in the semi-final game on Wednesday, thanked fans for their support for him. “Thank you for all your support. Keep inspiring & I will give my best till my last breath. Love you all”, he batting all-rounder said.
The 30-year-old batsman also urged fans to keep inspiring him. With the message, Jadeja also confirmed that he will try hard to be part of the Indian national team in coming future, in which he made a comeback after being dropped from the ODI squad for over one year from July 2017 to September 2017.
Meanwhile, India’s campaign at ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 ended after loss to New Zealand in the semi-final match by 18 runs. While chasing 240, the men in blue suffered a batting collapse after reeling at 91-6 at one stage, before MS Dhoni and Ravindra Jadeja hit the fifties to record a 116-run stand for the 7th wicket. Kane Williamson-led Kiwis have fixed spot in the final and will face the winner of Australia vs England CWC 2019 semi-final match.
