Ravichandran Ashwin Lashes Out at Tamil Nadu Cricket Association, Says, ‘Tamil Nadu Suffering From Inexperience’

He went on to say that the team is suffering from a lack of experience. Ashwin admitted that they were outplayed in both departments of the game. He also lashed out at the kind of wickets the board produces at the grass-root level and blamed everyone including the administration, team management and the senior players. “We need a cultural shift in terms of honesty. This ‘we’, I am talking about is administration, team management and senior players. We can’t allow the senior players to be the way they want at the same time we need to make them inclusive to get the maximum out of them. The last time when somebody like Badri (S. Badrinath) left, it was not the right time for him to leave,” he said during an interview with Sportstar.
The Indian spinner also applauded team Himachal for their performance and said that they have all their bases covered. He also said that the team Tamil Nadu needs to get their basics right if they want their cricket to flourish.
