Ravi Shastri Trolled Again: Netizens Find Hilarious Iron Man, Titanic Connection to Indian Head Coach’s Pose and Term Him ‘Ravi the Redeemer’

International Cricket Council (ICC) shared a picture of the former Indian international on its official twitter page and once again got the trolls moving. In the picture, Shastri can be seen standing still – during one of Team India’s training sessions in Pune – with both his arms stretched resembling some iconic poses.

Ravi Shastri seems to have become fans’ favourite troll in the Indian cricket team. Fans have laugh riot every time the 57-year-old India head coach is referred to or mentioned online. Netizens had a gala time when asked to caption a picture of Ravi Shastri, in which the Indian head coach can be seen standings with both his hands outstretched. Many fans immediately struck a connection with Tony Stark’s pose from Ironman, Christ the Redeemer statue as well as the iconic post from the Titanic. The Virat Kohli-led team enforced the follow-on on South Africa after bundling them for 275 in the opening innings.
