Rahul Dravid Included in ICC Hall of Fame, Check Names of Other Four Indian Legends in the List, Sans Sachin Tendulkar
Batting legend Sunil Gavaskar, Spin legend Bishan Singh Bedi and World Cup winning captain Kapil Dev was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2009, whereas Anil Kumble was inducted in the year 2015.
Dubai, July 2: Former Indian Captain and batting legend Rahul Dravid has been inducted in International Cricket Council- ICC Hall of Fame 2018. He is the fifth Indian to be inducted in the prestigious group after Sunil Gavaskar, Bishan Singh Bedi, Kapil Dev and Anil Kumble. Dravid, who is also known as "The Wall", due to his solid defense and batting technique,is the current India U-19 cricket team head coach under whose mantle India won the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2018. ICC also tweeted about Rahul Dravid's inclusion in the list:

As mentioned earlier, he is the fifth Indian to be inducted to the prestigious group that includes cricketing legends such as Sunil Gavaskar, Bishan Singh Bedi, Kapil Dev and Anil Kumble. Surprisingly, Indian batting legend Sachin Tendulkar has not been inducted in the ICC's Hall of Fame, yet. Whereas his contemporaries like West Indian batting genius Brian Lara and Australia's World Cup winning captain and maverick batsman Ricky Ponting have been inducted in the Hall of Fame. Brain Lara was inducted in the prestigious and esteemed group in the year 2012 and Ricky Ponting has been inducted in the list in 2018, along with Rahul Dravid.
