  • In November 2013, Shaw created a new record of 546 runs from 330 balls playing for Rizvi Springfield in a Harris Shield match. The record was surpassed Mumbai’s Pranav Dhanavde in 2016 as he scored 1,009 runs in a match.
  • The youngster was invited for playing for Cheadle Hulme School in Manchester. During the course of his stay, Shaw scored 1,446 runs. He also scored a century on his debut and had an average of 84.
  • Shaw also claimed 68 wickets in England.
  • It was during the fifth ODI for the U-19 matches, Shaw scored his first century in February, 2017. That very year he made a debut in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
  • In the 2017–18 Ranji Trophy, he scored his second consecutive century, and his fourth in five first-class matches since his debut.
  • Shaw scored his first List A century against Leicestershire scoring 132 runs.
  • The youngster carried his form even in the IPL 2018 and scored 22 runs off 10 balls for Delhi Daredevils.
