PCB Bans Journalist for Insulting Pakistani Captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, Scribe Asked Him, ‘Who Will Come to Watch You Perform in Future Matches?’ (Watch Video)

It’s quite a bad for Pakistani cricket and its captain Sarfaraz Ahmed of late. A journalist went on to insult Sarfaraz Ahmed during the press conference and asked him who will come to watch him in future matches. The PCB went on ban the journalist for behaving badly with the Pakistani captain.

It’s quite a bad for Pakistani cricket and its captain Sarfaraz Ahmed of late. A journalist went on to insult Sarfaraz Ahmed during the press conference and asked him who will come to watch him in future matches. The PCB went on ban the journalist for behaving badly with the Pakistani captain. It all started with the Pakistani captain spotted yawning behind the stumps during India vs Pakistan, CWC 2019 in Manchester. Post this, the Pakistani captain has been subjected to criticism due to some or the other reasons. Sarfaraz Ahmed Ridiculed after Pakistan’s Humiliating Rout against Sri Lanka in T20I Series, Fans Want Him to Retire. 

Whether it is fitness issues, or losing the T20I series by 3-0 against Sri Lanka, the Pakistani skipper has been subjected to trolling not only on social media but also off the field. Now ahead of the National T20 Cup 2019, the Pakistani skipper announced that he will not be leading the domestic side Sindh for the tournament. Now, here’s another instance that the Pakistani skipper came under the scanner. During the press conference, a journalist asked Ahmed, “You've disappointed the cricket fans so much that they've started cursing you. Who will come to see you play in the #NationalT20Cup?"

Asad Shafiq has stepped into the boots of Sarfaraz Ahmed and is now leading the team. The tournament has six teams contesting amongst each other. The tournament began from October 13-24 and is the sixteenth season of the National T20 Cup in Pakistan.
