After all, there is little else that matters when both the countries play against each other.  However, Adil Taj, the Pakistani national who won hearts by singing the Indian national anthem, plans to do something more in Sunday's contest between India and Pakistan in Super 4 round of Asia Cup 2018. The video went viral in no time and Adil Taj became famous as "the Pakistani who sang Indian National Anthem."

Now, India will face Pakistan again on Sunday in the Super 4 stage of Asia Cup 2018. Adil Taj, talking to news agency ANI, said that his decision to sing the Indian national anthem came from the fact that the Indians who were seated in the Pakistani enclosure also stood and showed respect for Pakistan's national anthem.

Taj added that in Sunday's match between India and Pakistan, he plans to carry the flags of both countries as a goodwill gesture. Fans will surely wait for that  moment in the match to see Taj carrying flags of both India and Pakistan. India beat Pakistan comprehensively in the Asia Cup 2018 group stage match that was played on Wednesday. The two teams, which met almost after an year, had fans going gaga over the contest but in the end it turned out to be a one sided contest after India beat Pakistan by 8-wickets. Having bowled out Pakistan for 162, India chased down the total in just 29 overs. But Pakistan will look to avenge the loss in the Super 4 round match today.

The other contest in the Super 4 round to be played on Sunday will be  between Afghanistan and Bangladesh.
