The Pakistan cricket team is taking on South Africa in match 30 of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 at the ground known as 'Mecca of Cricket', the Lord's Cricket Ground. Both Pakistan and South Africa are struggling in the ICC CWC 2019 and are looking for a win. Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed has won the toss and Pakistan have elected to bat first against South Africa.

After a Super Saturday that saw two close contests - India vs Afghanistan and West Indies vs New Zealand, it's time for the Pakistan cricket team to salvage their pride as they take on the Proteas at Lord's Cricket Ground on Sunday. Both Pakistan and South Africa are languishing on the ICC CWC points table. South Africa have played six matches so far and won only one match. On the other hand, Pakistan have played five matches in the world cup and also won only one match. The toss is scheduled to take place at 2.30 PM- Indian Standard Time (IST). Pakistan's fortunes in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 has gone from bad to good to worse. The Men in Green lost first match to West Indies but came back to defeat England. However, it's been all down hill from then on as Pakistan lost to Australia and arch-rivals Pakistan. Skipper Sarafaraz Ahmed is at the center of storm as fans are fuming following Pakistan's lackadaisical performance in the world cup. As far as South Africa is concerned, they have plenty of problems to deal with and have been tad unfortunate to not win the close contest against New Zealand. However, the Proteas have been below par and their sole victory has come against Afghanistan. Captain Faf du Plessis will hope Kagiso Rabada fires with the ball and Quinton de Kock with the bat.
