Virender Sehwag may have retired from cricket, but his way of batting still fascinates many Indian cricket fans who have seen him play. Sharing a video on his Instagram profile, the former Indian opener revealed what is his mantra of batting. Sehwag is largely regarded as a brave opener who used to play aggressively while opening for the Indian team. Sehwag scored 8586 and 8273 runs in his Test and ODI career respectively. With 38 centuries in his cricket career, Sehwag is one of the best batsmen to ever play for India. He is also popular for hitting triple hundred three times in his Test career. Sehwag recently also paid condolences to the victims of floods in North and North-eastern states. He prayed for the well-being of the affected people by sharing a tweet on social media. He also urged all to support the states in the tough times. “Assam, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Tripura are reeling with floods. It’s time we stand up and support every state”, he wrote along with the video.
